Thousands of Sudanese on Thursday took to the streets in Khartoum demanding judicial reform. Protesters converged to the presidential palace to deliver a memo with a list of demands. They demanded that an attorney general and head of judiciary be appointed.
Police held protesters 100 meters from the southern gate of the palace where they chanted slogans such as: “The people want justice for the martyrs”.
