South African Republic for The 6th Time at The Polls

People in the Republic of South Africa will elect the president, national parliamentarians, state governors and state councilors in the elections for the sixth time. In the elections, the ruling party represents the National Congress of Africa (ANC) Cyril Ramaphosa, and the main opposition Democratic Union Party (DA) Mmusi Maimane.

According to the data of the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC), 26.7 million of the 35 million voters registered in the country with a population of 56 million to vote.

In South Africa, which has been exploited for centuries, racially discriminated against by constitutional provisions for 46 years and isolated from all political rights until 1994, the black majority now holds 70 percent of political positions.
