Seychelles President: “Great Nations Should Do More”

The Seychelles president said there is no time for an accusation game in the fight against climate change, and that the great nations should do more.

In an exclusive interview with the Associated Press, President Danny Faure said that small countries such as Seychelles have fewer tasks and that the great nations should do what needs to be done.

“Science is clear. Scientists spoke. We all know we have a problem. What is needed is a responsible global action. ”

Next year, Seychelles, the island country with a population of less than 100,000, will secure one-third of its waters, so a larger marine area than Germany.

Research assistant Nico Fassbender on marine pollution said that the Seychelles water conservation policy is working.
