Promulgated on September 30, 2016, the law on investment replaces the Code of Investment Incentives of 1993. The authors of this law have particularly sought to improve the business climate in Tunisia.
Would they have achieved this goal? Would the new law be attractive investments? In the event of a dispute between the Tunisian State and the investor, would the law of September 30 offer the latter sufficient guarantees for a better settlement of its dispute?
