Mitiga, the only operating airport in Tripoli, the capital of Libya, started operations again after a 3-month break.
The airport has been subjected to bombings and airstrikes by eastern forces led by Khalifa Haftar, who has been trying to control the city since April. For this reason, he stopped working on September 1.
