Canadian construction and engineering firm settle a fraud charge after pleading guilty and agreeing to a settlement fee of 280 million Canadian dollars. With this payment, all previous charges with the firm have been withdrawn. The company pleaded guilty on bribing Libyan officials between the years 2001 to 2011 for construction contracts.
The fine is to be paid in a 5 year period with equal payments.
